These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User" or "you") and LVRG GROUP Inc., operating as IP Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, advertisements, and services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website or submitting your information through our lead forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal authority to bind your business entity to these Terms.
  • All information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. SERVICES AND DATA COLLECTION

IP Ventures provides business consulting and lead generation services.

  • Lead Submission: By submitting your contact and business information, you grant us permission to contact you regarding our services.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Providing false information may result in the termination of your access to our services.

4. PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL DATA

When we implement payment processing:

  • Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.
  • Payment Processors: We use third-party secure processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service as well.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in USD (for US clients) or CAD (for Canadian clients).

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Consulting Services: Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified in a separate Service Agreement.
  • Cancellations: You may request to cancel ongoing subscriptions or services by emailing Info@lvrggroup.xyz at least [30] days prior to the next billing cycle.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the marks LVRG GROUP Inc. and IP Ventures (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
  • Engage in data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will LVRG GROUP Inc. or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless (including our subsidiaries and affiliates) from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your contributions; (2) use of the services; or (3) breach of these Terms.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (US & INTERNATIONAL)

  • Binding Arbitration: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, any dispute related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
